Registration Information

Instructions... All registration forms need to be submitted during your required window of registration. If you are not eligible for priority registration, any application submitted before the open registration dates will be ignored.

Below you will find the registration form for entrance into the 2011 Idaho Tuff Truck Competition. Fill the form out (all information is required), read the attached 'Waiver & Release of Liability', and enter your initials and today's date as acknowledgement. Verify e-mail addresses (both Driver and Passenger) as these will be used to confirm your registration and supply you with additional information.

Payment... Should be made as soon as possible after registration to ensure your spot in the competition. The total amount due can be paid immediately after submitting the form via PayPal, or if you prefer you can mail a check to the Wild West Offroaders. Remember that the first 40 vehicles whose registration form and payment are received will be admitted to the competition.

In consideration of the acceptance of my registration request and/or participation in the above event operated and/or under the management of Wild West Off Roaders, the sponsors, and/or contract entities, I hereby release all liability from said parties and I assume all liability for any and all claims and actions of any kind for personal injuries and/or property damage which I may cause or sustain during the event or during my travel to and from the event, and I agree to pay any and all costs including attorney's fees that may be incurred by the above entities as a result of any such claim.
I attest and verify that MY VEHICLE IS IN PERFECT MECHANICAL CONDITION, and I am in good health and adequately trained to participate in this type of event and my physical condition has been verified by a medical doctor. I hereby acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my personal possessions and equipment during the event or its related activities, I hereby grant to any and all of the foregoing to use any photograph, videotape, motion picture or any other record of this event for any purposes whatsoever including broadcasts, telecasts and the press as they pertain to the event. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable during this event and understand that I am solely responsible for all cost in relation to medical transportation and/or evacuation and all the costs associated with medical treatment. I hereby agree that if the event is canceled due to storm, rain, inclement seas or weather, wind or other "act of god" conditions, my entry fee shall be nonrefundable. I understand that all entry fees are nonrefundable.
I FURTHER FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS NO RIDER INSURANCE PROVIDED FOR THIS EVENT, DRIVERS/PASSENGERS MUST CARRY THEIR OWN INSURANCE. I have read and fully understand and agree to this release, waiver, and indemnification form and have signed it using my own free will.
